Note: cost of one-time maintenance may be applied toward any monthly maintenance plan.

Periodic In-source IT Maintenance Service – assist you on a regular periodic basis for a set monthly fee.This is very attractive for companies who do not wish to support the expense of a full time IT employee and is specially designed to simplify your computer tech-support needs and protect your computer operations by performing a periodic maintenance to each PC registered under the retainer as well as ensure that issues such as backup and security do not slip through the cracks.

Using the retainer you will benefit from knowing that your PCs are well maintained and less prone to the unexpected breakdowns, all while keeping your computer repair budget in check.

The Tech-Support Service Retainer Includes:

Emergency on-call service.

Weekly and Monthly Maintenance:
Supervise and implement data backup strategy,
Ongoing Proactive security audit activity.  Data backup provided by Jungle
Disk.

Quarterly Service:
Run necessary Microsoft Update services
Virus and Spyware database update, scan and infection removal
Registry scan and optimization
Hard Disk defragment
System performance optimization

Open Box Annual Services:
Vacuum clean dust from all cooling parts and fans
Air blast internal parts to ensure proper cooling operation
HD scan for disk errors and bad sectors

Gold Plan – Weekly Maintenance: One onsite visit per week:
$1995/month – includes all above-mentioned services plus an on-site
visit once a week to handle any issues that may come up (up to 12 PC’s,
additional PC’s $29.95/mo).

Silver Plan – Bi-Weekly Maintenance:
One onsite visit every two weeks: $995/month – includes all
above-mentioned services plus an on-site visit once every two weeks to
handle any issues that may come up (up to 12 PC’s, additional PC’s
$14.95/mo).

Bronze Plan – Monthly Maintenance: One onsite visit every month:
$495/month – includes all above-mentioned services plus an on-site visit
once every month to handle any issues that may come up (up to 12 PC’s,
additional PC’s $9.95/mo).
