  • Architected/ built a web site with ASP.NET / Oracle ODP, managing 90 million records. Used C#, XML,XSLT, ODBC, and Oracle 10g ODP connector
  • Boeing Relational Signal Information Modeling System. Designed and coded system for GPS IIF using Visual Basic 5.0, 6.0 and Access. Very large data base project encompassing the comprehensive modeling of command, measurement and telemetry avionics for GPS IIF satellite. Skills used: Modeled data base schema using entity relationship diagrams (Erwin/SQL). Coded embedded SQL statements. Designed custom ActiveX/COM components . Wrote and implemented Visual Basic applications
  • Boeing Space Shuttle Payload Interface Control Documents Web Site at http://www.unitedspacealliance.com/icd.Designed schema and Visual Basic code for HTML generator that takes Access data base and generates HTML/JavaScript code from data base information. Received NASA Instant Compensation Award for excellence in the coding and design of the web site. Wrote XML DOM based tool to print multiple PDF’s as one large batch job
  • Other tasks performed: Designed and Programmed Grafcon, a utility for converting legacy mainframe vector graphics to postscript graphics. Assisted web development project using Cold Fusion. Performed preliminary research and development for Shuttle Payload Modernization project using XML and XSL.
  • Designed and programmed data base driven web sites at http://www.plasticsurgery.com using MS-SQL Server 7.0, MS-Index Server 2.0, Active Server Pages, JavaScript, COM/DCOM Interfaces. Designed T-SQL modules for SQL Server 7.0. Installed and configured SQL Server and Index Server. Performed administrative maintenance on MS-NT 4.0 Server, MS Internet Information Server, MS-SQL Server, MS Index Server
  • Designed and programmed Interleaved 2 of 5 barcode system for Pioneer LaserDisk player, with RS-232 interface using Win16 serial communications API and VB for Windows.
  • Wrote MASM 8088 Assembly Language analog to digital conversion drivers for temperature measurement.
  • Created real-time embedded firmware for 8051 microcontroller (Dallas DS2252). Client/server controller network implemented using proprietary RS-485 networking protocol.
  • Using C/C++ and MASM assembler, programmed an ultrasonic distance measurement system for IBM PC platform hardware, including low-level assembly routines modifying the IBM-PC system clock using BIOS system routine calls.
